Cultural Vitality,
Sustainable Practices

Nurturing the land

As an organization dedicated to teaching and sharing both permaculture and traditional practices, we host a variety of workshops on land use and techniques. We have multiple locations where we work, our main one being San Pedro homesite where we offer live-in and daily internships.

Nurturing the community

A main pillar of our work is to support the Santa Clara Pueblo and other neighboring tribal communities. Flowering Tree helped build the Traditional Women's House and offers support for the tribe through workshops, events, and ceremonial support.

Nurturing the source

Our latest project is the construction of a retreat center and healing space which will be located on Abiquiu Lake. The space will be both a retreat for our tribal members as well as a venue for those seeking Indigenous ways of healing. We will host healing workshops, conferences, events and offer rental space for short-term stays.
